1: Product performance

T321 is a sulfur-containing additive produced by the addition, sulfurization, and dechlorination reactions of sulfur chloride, isobutene, sodium sulfide, and other raw materials in the presence of a catalyst. It is the main extreme pressure anti-wear agent for modulating gear oil and industrial oil. The appearance of the product is a transparent liquid in orange yellow and platinum color.

2, Product Features

L has high sulfur content and good extreme pressure and anti-wear properties;

Light color, good oil solubility;

It has good compatibility with phosphorus and nitrogen anti-wear additives.

3, Scope of application and recommended dosage:

This product is an important lubricant additive. Due to its good oil solubility, excellent extreme pressure, and stability in mineral oil, as well as its ability to be compounded with other chemical components in various formulations, this product is widely used to mix various specifications of gear oil, metalworking oil, lubricating grease, and anti-wear hydraulic oil.

Reference dosage: 1.5~5.0% .

4, Product Technical Specifications

Note: (1) After stirring evenly at room temperature (20 ℃), 5% (m/m) T321+95% (m/m) base oil [60% (m/m) HVI 150BS+40% (m/m) HVI 500] should be visually transparent without precipitation.

(2) The sulfur content of T321 can be determined using other experimental methods besides SH/T0303.

Product Appearance

Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
